Spain Rush-SPF Tournament Payment & Refund Policy 

1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee

The tournament registration fee is strictly non-refundable, under all circumstances.



2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds for other costs (travel, accommodation, training, and related services) will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:


  • Medical Injury – A player sustains a certified injury that prevents participation. Official medical documentation must be provided.


  • Visa Denial – The player(s) are unable to attend due to an official denial of visa application by the respective authorities. Proof of visa rejection must be submitted.


  • Other Extraordinary Circumstances – Any other critical issue beyond the player’s control (to be reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of the organizers).



3. Important Notes

Refunds will not cover the full group tournament payment. Only the eligible portion related to the individual(s) directly affected under the above conditions will be considered.


Team or group registration fees remain largely non-refundable, even if one or more members are unable to participate.


Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing with all supporting documentation.


4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving complete and valid documentation.



5. Acknowledgment

By completing payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy as a binding condition of participation in the tournament.
