A Week in the Life of an SPF Academy Player

Our weekly schedule is designed to balance high-performance soccer with structured education and personal growth:


Morning Routine (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

  • Nutritious breakfast to fuel the day
  • Strength and conditioning sessions
  • High-intensity soccer training with UEFA-licensed Spanish coaches
  • Spanish language classes and academic instruction (customized to age and level, with online school options available)}


Midday Focus (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

  • Core school subjects in a classroom setting
  • Lunch and recovery
  • Continued academic study and dedicated homework time with tutor support


Evening Soccer Block (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

  • Tactical sessions and game analysis
  • Individual development training
  • Training with local Spanish clubs (for players holding a federation license)
  • Friendly matches and official league games



Weekends at SPF: Compete, Explore, Recharge
Saturdays feature cultural experiences, group activities, and matches. Sundays are for rest, optional development work, or mental training, because performance starts with recovery
