At Spain Rush-SPF, we have developed seven essential rules for our players to follow if they aspire to become professional football players.

It’s often emphasized how important a proper athletic lifestyle is for young football players. This is absolutely true, and there are specific guidelines that future professional players must adhere to in order to secure their path toward a successful career.

At Spain Rush-SPF, we have created our own proven rules for life outside of football that our players follow. This methodology can be seen in action with some of our most successful academy graduates.

  1. Fellowship
Future professional players must understand the importance of working as part of a team. They need to be supportive and respectful of their teammates, fostering a strong sense of unity and collaboration.
  2. Deep Respect
A professional football player is just one part of a much larger structure. Players must respect not only their teammates but also the technical staff and academy personnel who contribute to the success of the team.
  3. Punctuality
There are countless stories of talented players who failed to make it professionally due to poor discipline. Punctuality is the first step toward maintaining the discipline required in professional sports.
  4. Healthy Diet
Weeks of hard training can be undone by poor dietary habits. Players must follow a healthy diet and strictly limit alcohol consumption to ensure they remain in peak condition.
  5. Watch Football
It's crucial for players to learn from others on the field. By attending matches and watching their peers play, they can better understand how to apply the tactics and skills learned in training.
  6. Routine
A chaotic personal life can ruin a professional athlete’s career. That’s why we provide our players with a structured daily routine that they must follow to stay on track and focused.
  7. Engagement and Stamina
Professional teams look for players who demonstrate strong engagement and endurance. At SPF Academy, we prioritize developing these values in our players, ensuring they’re prepared for the demands of a professional football career.
